About Me
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults and adolescents. Grounded in the belief that mental wellness requires a holistic approach, I specialize in the diagnostic evaluation and treatment of substance use disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders.
Recognizing that every individual's journey is unique, my practice model integrates careful medication management with supportive psychotherapy. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I collaborate closely with my clients to understand the root of their challenges, develop personalized treatment plans, and foster long-term emotional stability.
Whether you are navigating a lifelong mental health condition, seeking recovery from substance use, or facing a challenging period of transition, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve your personal goals.
