Grace Health Services - psychiatry in Stafford, VA Office

I would like to mention the help that I have received and the patience and support that Dr. Ngante has been since I have been a patient is very competent. Aldo, as far as staff the receptionist Jackie has been extremely helpful on many occasions with different issues and has always gone out of her way to help. 9 times out of 10 if it was in her ability she has worked thi gs out for me and accommodated me on the issues that I have had and I appreciate her work and help, she is definitely a valuable employee that should be recognized for the asset she is ti the establishment! Thank you

Staff was very helpful over the phone. No long wait for an appointment. virtual appointment started right on time and this is probably the first psychiatrist I've had that I felt comfortable with and I'm thankful for that she explained the medication and process to me in a way I can understand my treatment plan better and the only downside to Grace is there's no therapist on site which would be helpful to have everything in one place other than that I'd recommend to anyone looking for help.

The staff is friendly and caring however it seems that everyone is not on the same page all the time. I didn't like being treated like a new patient on my 4th visit and also having 4 different therapists asking different things but not explaining themselves. In the end the Dr. pulled things together for me and made things clear. She was wonderful. I have recommended your servive to my primary care for her patients. God Bless ! I actually wrote this week's ago but forgot to press post! Everything has been a 10 of 10 for weeks now and the entire staff are lovely. I would recommend to anyone.

Convenient location. Consistent with my appointment's. Allot of positive energy. I knew right away this was the place for me. When I am there I feel at home. When you find good Physicians its like winning the lottery. I am very grateful for this team. I will continue may care with office as I know I am in good hands!!

I am pleasantly impressed by this facility! I , from day one have been met with nothing less than professional and honest support. I happened upon Grace health services after my previous doctor made a decision not to accept Medicaid anymore. Grace health not only got me(a new patient) in quickly and efficiently, but they gave me clear guidelines for how my care plan would go, leaving no room for confusion. I would highly recommend Grace health services to anyone who is trying to find a professional but understanding and kind environment to work through any issues of the mind. Dr green is the most calm compassionate and professional dr that I have encountered and she will tell you what you NEED to hear and not what you want!!!
